Cengage Learning is currently seeking a qualified sales professional to join their Inside Sales Team. While working from Cengage Learning's Boston office, this position entails daily calls to college campuses and connecting with a variety of campus decision makers: instructors, bookstore managers, department chairs, academic deans, instructional designers, account executives, etc.

Do we sound like the company for you?
Bachelor’s degree required.
Consultative sales experience and/or training strongly preferred.
Publishing sales experience and/or 2 years of customer facing B2b sales experience strongly preferred.
The ability to influence decision makers by developing and maintaining your network.
Strong presentation skills, both to individuals and groups.
Highly developed technical skills to be used in daily job execution, which may include sales demonstrations and training.
Flexible and adaptable to change.
Availability for up to 30% travel.
Experience using contact management systems, such as Siebel or Salesforce.com
